Good people who do their best to make sure it's done right. It's going to be worth the wait. They are busy because people know it's a great shop.
I've had the privilege of doing business with Dennis and his employees on 3-4 occasions. They've always gone above and beyond, have been up-front and honest, and stuck by their word. I wouldn't even consider anywhere else if I had the option. I live in portland now,and actually might drive down to dennis top get some work done on my little hoopty.
I find to be very honest and upfront, no upselling. Dennis is also a good people person which makes interactions with him pleasant. I have been there several times and appreciated the service every time. Don't expect your phone calls to be answered every time, but stopping in has never failed to work. ;) Would highly recommend and have done so, and co-worker has found him to be as good as I had advertised.

The bottom line is, I don't trust ANYONE in town with my vehicles when it comes to automotive repair. No one gets my referrals other than Dennis Automotive. 5 Star service and quality work. If it doesn't need to be fixed he will not try and sell you on it.
