I got tired of pumping a lot of water on my lawn just to keep it green during the summer at city water usage rates. I went to Mid-Valley and they suggested a fescue variety grass seed. I rented a turf removal machine, brought in some clean mulch/dirt, and planted this new seed. During our long dry summers here in Oregon, I get comments all the time from neighbors about how amazing my grass looks. The BEST part? I only water for 20 minutes 2x per week!

Should probably advise the mexican girl driving the dark gray tundra not to have a child sitting in her lap pretending to be teaching her how to maneuver a pickup truck here on the property around heavy truck traffic. The child couldn't have been no more than a year old. That's using your head you idiot. Next time maybe i'll call up child welfare & see what they have to say about that. Ever heard of a child seat for infants?
